2. About material:

Prodcuts are made of full metal, mostly zinc alloy. The tube on towel bar and ring on towel ring are 201stainless steel. And few fittings are made of iron.

3. About surface finish:

Picture of 3100series here shows products are chrome plating. However, we can also make it  Brushed Nickle, Antique Copper, Antique Bronze, Gold according to customers' request.

4. Packing:

6pcs bath set first into Foam box, then into Color windown box. 10sets into a standard export carton.
